General terms and conditions
For the avoidance of doubt, in these terms the word “BESH
” shall mean “Richard Yeames-Smith T/A BESH”.
The following are terms of a legal agreement between you and BESH.
By using this site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree,
to be bound by these terms and to comply with all applicable laws and
regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this Site.
The material provided on this Site is protected by UK law.
Products and services

We reserve the right to change any advertised price before you place an order.

All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at
any time.

If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a
full refund.

You will be advised within 72 hours of any delay or if the item is not
available.

Payment will be debited from your account and manually verified before the
despatch of any purchases.

We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so,
to keep the details of your order secure, but in the absence of negligence on
our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party
procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering
from our site.
Payment Policies

All accounts are set up on a prepay basis.

In situations where the card number on file is declined BESH will
immediately suspend the facility to purchase services on-line until the
outstanding charge is processed successfully. In addition, BESH
reserves the right to suspend other services until the outstanding debt is
cleared. The customer is responsible for all money owed on the account from the
time it was established to the time that a written cancellation request is
received.

No bills or invoices will be sent by regular mail. All invoices will be sent
directly to customers via email shortly after the online purchase has been
made. At this point the customer's card will be charged automatically.
Returns

If you have changed your mind:
Any product returned unopened,unused and undamaged in line with the Distance
Selling Directive (DSD) are entitled to a 100% refund of the price of the
product if we are informed within 7 days from receipt. Once you’ve informed us
of your decision to return goods under DSD, you have 7 days to do so at your own expense.
Any product returned unopened,unused and undamaged and not in line with the DSD
are entitled to a 80% refund of the price of the product. Once you’ve informed us
of your decision to return goods, you have 7 days to do so at your own expense.

Goods Damaged on Arrival
If your goods were damaged in transit, we request that you report it to us within 7 days. If goods are visibly damaged on receipt, its best to sign the delivery note accordingly.

Faulty Goods
If your goods develop a fault, you will need to inform us and then send the item back with a returns number and it will be tested and either returned repaired or a replacement will be sent. Once you’ve informed us
of your decision to return goods, you have 7 days to do so at your own expense.

Delivery Costs
Delivery is non refundable.
Free Delivery
Free delivery is only available if your order is over £100 and delivery is within mainland UK. If you return any goods from an order that has benefited from free delivery and thus make that order less then £100 a delivery charge will be made.
Data protection
Under the UK Data Protection Act you have the right to obtain a copy of the
personal information we hold on you. If you wish to do so, please contact the
Data Protection Officer at our registered address. (Please note there is a £10
admin charge for this service).
